Življenje; Čopičaste plesni
Penicillium
predstavitev / introduction
Časovni posnetek rasti treh vrst plesni rodu Penicillium — camemberti, roqueforti in glaucum — zajet v pariški rezidenci Cité des Arts (2019).
A time record of three Penicillium moulds — camemberti, roqueforti, and glaucum — captured during the Cité des Arts residency in Paris (2019). Moulds without which there would be no bread, cheese, wine, or beer — and which, with the discovery of antibiotics in 1928, changed the history of medicine. The cycle continues the inquiry into the invisible companions — bacteria and fungi — that take part in producing most of our food and medicines.
